Meeting the Challenges of Aging is a one-day program of educational sessions and speakers providing up-to-date information for maintaining an active and independent lifestyle. Challenges is held annually in May at the University of Kentucky Student Center. Concurrent sessions are offered throughout the day on topics in health, recreation, community, education, financial issues, world events and more. This year there is the addition of a "caregiver track" addressing issues of concern to those in the role of care giving.
